Policies

1: Shipping

Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST for items "in stock" will ship the same day. NO Saturday Deliveries. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 business days. * Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Please Note: Saturday and Sunday DO NOT count as business days. Special orders & truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on the items. "In Stock" items may be stocked by our distributor and are drop-shipped to customer once the order has been completed. Not all items are stocked in our retail store.

There is a handling upcharge for items of large size and/or considerable weight. International shipping may be available on some items but will require additional shipping surcharges as well as handling fees and any related taxes or tariffs. Please contact us for international shipping quote.

Free Shipping: All orders totaling over $100 will ship for free unless otherwise noted. This free shipping does not apply to winches, wheels, tires or items requiring special freight. Free shipping is only available to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii APO/FPO Military Boxes are not eligible for this offer. 

2: Returns & Replacements

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. Southern Off Road, Inc. can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user and hereby disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and does not authorize any other person to assume for it any consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of income, or any incidental damage.

THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED. Purchaser understands and recognizes that four wheel drive parts and off road equipment sold by Distributor are subject to varied conditions and applications due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any part sold for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of Southern Off Road Inc. regarding suitability of any product. Purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability for all items ordered, even if they request the assistance of our sales and/or tech team.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with items purchased from Southern Off Road, Inc., simply return the new, unused product in its original packaging. Special or custom orders, all electrical items, body parts, videos and publications are non-returnable. Once installed, parts or accessories of any kind cannot be returned unless you are making a manufacturer’s warranty claim (See Warranty Policy above).

How to Return an Item:

  • 1-10 days after delivery: Return the item for a full refund, less shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited. Items must be in original package, must not have been installed, and must contain all manufacturer's documentation and all small parts.
  • 11-30 days after delivery: In-store credit only, less a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

You must begin the Returns process within thirty (30) days of delivery. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Go to the RGA Request Form and complete it. You will receive Return Goods Authorization (RGA) information via email within two (2) business days. Follow the instructions supplied in your email for returning your items(s). The RGA Number should be written on the package near the return address. (Any item returned without an RGA Number cannot be accepted, and the return shipment will be refused).

The returned item must be received by us within 10 days from the date the RGA number is issued. (i.e., if the RGA is issued on the 1st, we must receive the returned item on or before the 11th.) Packages should be returned with some type of “delivery confirmation” option that requires us to sign for the receipt of your package. This protects your interest by requiring us to document “package received” and “date received” to a third party. If you are not sure that your package will arrive back to us in time, you may choose to expedite the shipping of the return package. All items returned past 10 days of issuance of the RGA will incur a 30% restocking fee. If within the allowable time frame, you decide to request a replacement part before we receive your returned item, the replacement will be charged in full, using the same credit card and email address provided in the original order. You will receive a new order number, order confirmation and receipt via email.

No merchandise will be issued credit of any kind if it has been installed, modified or used in any way.

Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us. However, upon receipt and inspection by us of the returned item, if it is determined that Southern Off Road, Inc. is in error, the cost of returning the product (not to exceed the original cost of shipping the product to you) will be credited to you. Expedited shipping charges beyond normal ground delivery including but not limited to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are non-refundable. On exchange of defective products or replacement as a consequence of our error, Southern Off Road, Inc will pay for ground shipping on the outbound replacement product only.

4: Billing/Shipping Adresses

Orders with a shipping address that differs from the billing address may require additional verification before the the items will ship. Expect longer than normal deliver times if you choose to have the item sent to an address that is different than the billing address. Call 1-888-494-6885 for more information.
